What to Expect When Ordering from Our Mobile Shop

General Shipping

• Shipping and delivery dates are estimated based on item availability, our travel schedule, and the shipping option you choose
• Shipping rates are weight-based; all weights are rounded up to the next full pound

Over-sized Items

• Free ground shipping on orders over $150 to the contiguous 48 states (UPS/USPS “normal & customary” size/weight)
• Large, bulky, or odd-shaped items may be subject to overweight charges
• Packages over 75 lbs may incur additional charges

Shipping Schedule

• “Business days” are Monday–Friday
• Orders received after 2:00 p.m. EST are processed the next business day
• If we’re traveling or at a show, shipping may be delayed until we return to our base or reach a shipping facility

Shipping to AK, HI, PR, and VI

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands ship via UPS (where available)
• Oversize/overweight items may require a custom shipping quote—please contact us

Shipping to APO, FPO, DPO

• Orders ship via USPS; an additional $20 fee applies

Damages

• Alorian Saddlery is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping
• If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim
• Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

International Shipping

• International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Rates, delivery times, and available services will be quoted and valued according to the destination and item(s) ordered. Please contact us for a custom international shipping quote before placing your order.
