Alorian Saddlery Refund & Return Policy

We’re a mobile tack shop and premium e-commerce retailer, so our return process is a little different from traditional stores! Please review the following carefully:

Returns & Refunds

·       Prior Approval Required: All returns and refunds must be pre-approved by Alorian Saddlery. Please contact us before sending any items back. Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchanges within 15 days of purchase. Your item needs to have receipt or proof of purchase.

  • How to Request:
    Email us at info@alorian.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll review your request and provide next steps.
  • Mailing Address:
    Because we’re a mobile business, our return address may vary depending on our current location. We will provide you with the correct return mailing address once your return is approved.
  • Condition:
    Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging included.
  • Shipping:
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Exceptions/not refundable/not returnable items: 

o   Safety items such as helmets and protective vests are not returnable.

o   Footwear is not returnable.

o   Treats & horse supplements are not returnable.

o   Horse and dog apparel including but not limited to boots, saddle pads, blankets must be returned in clean, unused condition, free of debris.

o   Custom and clearance items are final sale.

o   Due to the contagious nature of the equine disease EHV 1 and in accordance to biosecurity measures suggested by the American Association of Equine Practitioners we do not accept returns on bits.

Special Situations:

To protect all customers and ensure that every return or exchange is handled fairly, we may require a receipt or decline a return in these situations: 

·       Item was not purchased directly from Alorian Saddlery

·       We do not accept items purchased from other retailers, or online sellers

·       Item is missing a label or has been defaced

·       Item is wet, dirty or contaminated, or until it has been cleaned

On rare occasions, based on the nature of prior transactions including multiple returns of the same item
